chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by adding after

section the following: 1 La

chapitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est modi‐ fiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’article 3 : Strategic plan Plan stratégique 3.1(1) The Minister of Environment and Climate Change shall prepare a five-year strategic plan for the Environmental Trust Fund. 3.1(1) Le ministre de l’Environnement et du Change ‐ ment climatique dresse un plan stratégique quinquennal pour le Fonds en fiducie pour l’environnement. 3.1(2) The strategic plan referred to in subsection (1) shall contain the following information: 3.1(2) Le plan stratégique mentionné au paragra ‐ phe (1) contient les renseignements suivants : (

a) the goals and objectives of the Environmental Trust Fund; and

a) les buts et objectifs du Fonds en fiducie pour l’environnement; (

b) the eligibility and assessment criteria governing applications for funding from the Environmental Trust Fund.

b) les critères d’admissibilité et d’évaluation appli ‐ cables aux demandes de financement sur le Fonds en fiducie pour l’environnement. 3.1(3) The Minister of Environment and Climate Change shall make public the strategic plan referred to in subsection (1) by publishing it online. 3.1(3) Le ministre de l’Environnement et du Change ‐ ment climatique publie le plan stratégique mentionné au paragraphe (1) en l’affichant en ligne. 3.1(4) The Minister of Environment and Climate Change shall review and update the strategic plan refer ‐ red to in subsection (1) during the fifth year of its term. 3.1(4) Le ministre de l’Environnement et du Change ‐ ment climatique révise et actualise le plan stratégique mentionné au paragraphe (1) au cours de la cinquième année de son quinquennat. 1 Annual report Rapport annuel 3.2(1) The Minister of Environment and Climate Change shall prepare an annual report on the administra ‐ tion of the Environmental Trust Fund in the preceding fiscal year containing 3.2(1) Le ministre de l’Environnement et du Change ‐ ment climatique dresse un rapport annuel sur l’adminis ‐ tration du Fonds en fiducie pour l’environnement durant l’exercice précédent contenant les éléments suivants : (

a) a list and description of the projects that re ‐ ceived funding,

a) une liste et une description des projets qui ont été financés; (

b) an evaluation of the projects that received fund ‐ ing,

b) une évaluation des projets qui ont été financés; (

c) the amounts paid, grouped by geographic area, and

c) les sommes payées selon la région géographique; (

d) an evaluation of whether the Environmental Trust Fund is meeting the goals and objectives set out in the strategic plan referred to in

section 3.1.
