I, Rich Coleman, Minister of Forests and Range and Minister Responsible for Housing, order that the Power Engineers, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 104/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

SCHEDULE

Section 20 of the Power Engineers, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 104/2004, is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

c) by striking out "or a low pressure

thermal fluid plant", and

(

b) by adding the following paragraph:

(c.1) chief engineer of a low pressure thermal fluid plant that has a boiler capacity of 1 500 m 2 or less,

Section 24 (

e) is amended

(

a) in subparagraph (iii) by striking out "or a low pressure

thermal fluid plant", and

(

b) by adding the following subparagraph:

(iii.1) a low pressure thermal fluid plant that has a capacity of 1 500 m 2 or less, .

Section 49 (

c) is repealed and the following substituted:

(

c) a low pressure fluid plant that exceeds 1 000 m 2 of boiler capacity, or a low pressure thermal fluid plant that exceeds 1 500 m 2 of boiler capacity, or

Section 50 is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

c) by striking out ", or a low pressure

thermal fluid plant,", and

(

b) by adding the following paragraph:

(c.1) a low pressure thermal fluid plant that exceeds 500 m 2 of boiler capacity but does not exceed 500 m 2 of boiler capacity,
