OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 18, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective August 18, 2003, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2002-588 dated December 19, 2002, which Order assigned supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Ronald S. Russell; and (

b) assign supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Ernest L. Fage, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act.
