On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024 , c. 7, which amends the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act , comes into force:

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024 , c. 7, which amend the Connecting Care Act, 2019 , come into force:

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024 , c. 7, which amends the McMichael Canadian Art Collection Act , comes into force:

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Improving Real Estate Management Act, 2024 , c. 7, which amends the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation Act , comes into force:
