On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Lobbyists Transparency Regulation, B.C. Reg. 235/2019, is amended

(

a) as set out in the attached

Schedule 1, and

(

b) effective August 1, 2023, as set out in the attached

Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

1 The Appendix to the Lobbyists Transparency Regulation, B.C. Reg. 235/2019, is amended

(

a) in item 56 by striking out " Northwest Community College " and substituting " Coast Mountain College ",

(

b) in item 57 by striking out " Oil and Gas Commission " and substituting " British Columbia Energy Regulator ", and

(

c) by repealing item 74.

Schedule 2

1 The Appendix to the Lobbyists Transparency Regulation, B.C. Reg. 235/2019, is amended by repealing item 65.
