Section 11 of
Chapter 373 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Court Officials Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the certification of the transcripts of court proceedings in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after December 21, 2004.
