Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated February 5, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 6,562 square feet, more or less, situate at or near South River, Antigonish County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the property to Laughlin Joseph Mills and Wilhelmina Mills of South River, Antigonish County, for the price of $1.00 and other valuable considerations; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
