Order in Council 960/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas John E. Fleming of Oakville, appointed by O.C. 1283/2024 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Nurses of Ontario, has resigned;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 9(1)(

b) of the Nursing Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1283/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
