Order in Council 447/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(5.2) of the Courts of Justice Act , Case Management Master Donald Edward Short be reappointed as a case management master of the Superior Court of Justice for a term of one-year, effective May 13, 2018.
