Order in Council 555/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 4.1 (2), 4.1 (5) and 4.1 (8) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998,

Frederic Waks, of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member and designated as Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Energy Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that Order in Council 434/2025 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
