OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 19, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 22 of
Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1990, the Mineral Resources Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (
a) issue a Special License substantially in the form as set forth in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (
b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
