OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 23, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 9(2) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act and all authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective July 24, 2015: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2014-2; (
b) designate the Honourable Karen Lynn Casey as Chair of Treasury and Policy Board; and (
c) designate the Honourable Diana C. Whalen, Honourable Michel P. Samson, Honourable Labi Kousoulis, Honourable Randy Delorey and Honourable Mark Furey as members of Treasury and Policy Board.
