Order in Council 382/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the legislative authorities cited in Column B of

Schedule 1:

Remuneration

The per diem rate of remuneration of persons appointed to hold office in Column C of

Schedule 1 to this Order in Council to the agencies listed in Column A of

Schedule 1 shall be as set out in Column C of that

Schedule effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Expenses

The persons listed in Column C of

Schedule 1 are entitled to reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out their duties in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet, as amended, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Revocation

Orders in Council O.C. 2374/88 dated October 6, 1988, O.C. 621/87 dated March 12, 1987, O.C. 1048/2001 dated May 2, 2002, O.C. 929/92 dated March 25, 1992, O.C. 2375/88 dated October 6, 1988, O.C. 1308/87 dated May 27, 1987 and O.C. 1049/2001 dated May 2, 2001 are hereby revoked.
