OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs dated May 7, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Honourable Brendan Maguire, Minister of Advanced Education, on behalf of the Government of the Province of Nova Scotia, entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of the Republic of the Philippines to establish a Cooperation Alliance Initiative, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Memorandum of Understanding.
