CHAPTER 80 (SUPP.)

An Act to amend The Urban Municipal Elections Act.

Short title This Act may be cited as The Urban Municipal Elections Amendment Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.80 (Supp.), s.1. Rev. Stat. c.U-9 The Urban Municipal Elections Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.80 (Supp.), s.2.

Section amended Subsection 20(3) is amended by striking out “at least ten days before” in the fourth line and substituting the following: “, before 10:00 a.m. on”. 1977-78, c.42, s.2; R.S.S. 1978, c.80 (Supp.), s.3.

Section amended

Section is amended by adding after “candidate” in the fourth line the following: “, and not more than one agent when the candidate himself is present,”. 1977-78, c.42, s.3; R.S.S. 1978, c.80 (Supp.), s.4.

Section amended Subsection 75(1) is amended by adding after “counted” in the second line of clause (

b) and in the second line of clause (

c) the following: “,before 10:00 a.m. on”. 1977-78, c.42, s.2; R.S.S. 1978, c.80 (Supp.), s.5.

Section amended Subsection 125(1) is amended by adding after “ counted” in the second line of clause (

b) and in the second line of clause (
