OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 18, 2001, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to clause 2(
l) of
Chapter 260 of the said Revised Statutes, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased, effective July 26, 2001, to assign supervision of the administration of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to the Honourable Rodney J. MacDonald, a Member of Executive Council.
