B.C. Reg. 564/2004, deposited December 13, 2004, pursuant

to the DRINKING WATER PROTECTION ACT [Section 48]. Order in

Council 1250/2004, approved and ordered December 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 12 (3)

of the Drinking Water Protection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 200/2003, is

repealed and the following substituted:

(3) Subsection (2) applies as follows:

(

a) on January 1, 2005 if the water supply system is

classified as level 1 or level 2;

(

b) on January 1, 2006 if the water supply system is

classified as level 3 or, regardless of the system's classification, serves

fewer than 500 people.
