, the Minister of Environment and Labour, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following Order.

Approval to proceed

The Department of Works, Services and Transportation is permitted to proceed with construction of the Red

Bay

(

a) that the Department of Works, Services and Transportation abide by all commitments made in the Environmental Impact Statement and Component Studies; and

(

b) that the Department of Works, Services and Transportation submit for approval of the Minister of Environment and Labour separate Environmental Protection Plans for each construction site, starting at Red Bay, Lodge Bay, Port Hope Simpson, Charlottetown, Cartwright and Paradise Road, before the commencement of construction.
