Order in Council 249/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act , Louise Charette of L’Orignal be reappointed a part-time member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term of one year, effective the later of January 11, 2019, or the date of this Order in Council.
