OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated February 19, 2015, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 7A of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to re-appoint Sherry E. Porter of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of office of two years commencing on April 27, 2015.
