OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 3, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) purchase from Eunice Lively, her heirs, executors or assigns, 7 parcels of land shown labelled "A" to "G" on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation and containing approximately 467.83¦ hectares (1156¦ acres), situated at Bengal Road, Cape Breton County, for a purchase price not to exceed $250,000.00, based on the agreed valuation of $216 per acre, subject to the condition that Eunice Lively, her heirs, executors or assigns, be able to certify title to the parcels of land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
