Order in Council 1393/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 944/2022, made April 14, 2022, Heather Zordel was appointed as a part-time director of the Ontario Securities Commission and designated as Chair for the term of her appointment;

And

whereas Heather Zordel has resigned effective October 21, 2022;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 944/2022 is revoked effective the date that this Order in Council is made.
