Order in Council 209/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 5(1)(

b) of the Occupational Therapy Act, 1991 , Lucia Kloosterhuis of Kakabeka Falls be appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
