On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 139/2016 dated February 10, 2016 that appointed

Mark Behar-Bannelier of Toronto

as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Dietitians of Ontario under the Dietetics Act, 1991 , be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
