Definitions

In this Act

(a)

"agreement" means the terms of reference agreed to by the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador on October 17, 2002, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council; and

(b)

"association" means the

and Labrador Medical Association continued under the Medical Act

Arbitration award

The decision of the arbitration board appointed under the agreement is final and binding on the province and the association.
