OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated August 16, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Judith A. Patterson of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of office effective October 5, 2000, and ending June 30, 2002; (

b) appoint Kent L. Noseworthy of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of office effective November 1, 2000, and ending October 31, 2001; and (

c) appoint Charles R. Lorway of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term effective October 5, 2000, and ending June 30, 2003.
