Order in Council 1836/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Nicola Mulima of Ajax be reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending April 17, 2021.
