Order in Council 1502/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Gareth Neilson of Delhi be reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of six months, effective December 8, 2024.
