OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated September 3, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to appoint R?al J. Boudreau of Pubnico, Yarmouth County, and Rod A. Munroe of Prime Brook, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as members of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation Board, each for a term of three years effective October 5, 2010.
