OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated November 29, 2021, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to pay to Daniel Smith the sum of Two Thousand, Seventy-Eight Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($2,078.16), held by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act , being the remaining balance of his retainer, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 2.0% from January 22, 2019, to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest.
