Order in Council 747/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Midwifery Act, 1991 , Tina Walia-Rao of Mississauga be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Midwives of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective July 13, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
