OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 2, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 12 of the Acts of 2007, the Medal of Bravery Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the Nova Scotia Medal of Bravery in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after September 23, 2008.
