OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 12, 2026, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after March 17, 2026, to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada, allowing a Public Health Agency of Canada Field Surveillance Officer to work with the Department of Health and Wellness, in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
