OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated December 20, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased, effective April 1, 2012, to: (
a) revoke approval of the Excluded Classification Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2011-349 dated September 27, 2011; and (
b) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in Appendix "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
