Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated November 4, 2002, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 59,874 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Arcadia, Yarmouth County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the property to Tam Van Nguyen and Hoang Thi Huynh of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, for the price of $7,700.00 and a deed for lands required to improve the intersection of Highway No. 3 and Highway No. 334; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
