OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage dated December 21, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage to enter into the Memorandum of Understanding with the Grand Pre and Area Community Association and others in the form set forth in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
