OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated January 29, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act , is pleased, effective March 3, 2026, to appoint the following as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a term of one (1) year: (
a) Tracey Kennedy of Halifax Regional Municipality; and (
b) Tom Champion of Halifax Regional Municipality.
