CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Assessment Management Agency Act (Assented to July 31, 1992) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Assessment Management Agency Amendment Act, 1992. S.S. 1986, c. A-28.1,

Section of The Assessment Management Agency Act is amended by adding the following subsection after subsection 18(5.1): A(5.2) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the Minister of Finance shall pay an amount to the agency for the fiscal year that is equal to $7,500,000 and is not required to pay any other amount requisitioned by the agency@. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from January 1, 1992.
