Order in Council 1629/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Santina Moccio was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 31, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 119/2020;

And

whereas Santina Moccio tendered her resignation effective August 23, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 119/2020 be revoked effective August 23, 2020.
