OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated July 23, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 39 of the Acts of 2005, the Dispensing Opticians Act , is pleased to appoint Marilyn Swaffer of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a public representative on the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia College of Dispensing Opticians for a term of two years commencing August 27, 2020.
