B.C. Reg. 203/2008 , deposited June 27, 2008, pursuant to the PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYERS ACT [Section 15]. Order in Council 503/2008, approved and ordered June 26, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Social Services Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 84/2003, is amended in

section 2 by adding "Cowichan Family Life Association" to the list of designated public sector employers in that section.
