Order in Council 600/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Ontario Regulation 304/04, made under the Development Corporations Act

Andrew Henry of Ailsa Craig, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of the Walkerton Clean Water Centre to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from May 6, 2017.

[Mr. Henry’s most recent appointment by Order in Council 561/2015 will expire May 5, 2017.]
