OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, dated January 30, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective March 5, 2019, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Funding Agreement between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding the “Translation and Training -— nsfamilylaw.ca Website Project”, substantially in the form or to like effect as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
