Order in Council 937/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1173/2022, Rose DiMarco was reappointed as a Deputy Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years effective September 16, 2022.

And

whereas Rose DiMarco has in writing, effective June 30, 2023, advised of her retirement from her appointment as Deputy Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police.

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 1173/2022, reappointing Rose DiMarco as a Deputy Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police, is hereby revoked effective June 30, 2023.
