Section 16 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2001, the Conservation Easements Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the protection of archaeological sites in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after February 26, 2007.
