Order in Council 205/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve His Majesty's Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Peter Kaftarian

be appointed Deputy Minister of Health, effective February 7, 2024, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond March 3, 2024;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1237/2023, dated August 17, 2023, be revoked effective February 7, 2024.
