OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated November 5, 1999, pursuant to subsection 35(3) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay to the Estate of Eric McCaskill Ferguson, c/o Lee E. Sauer, Dueck, Sauer, Jutzi & Noll, Barristers and Solicitors, of Waterloo, Ontario, the sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Eight Dollars and Thirty-Nine Cents ($2,338.39) held by the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act, together with interest at the rate of prime less 3.5% from November 23, 1992, to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest, all respecting the estate of Archibald Ferguson.
