OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 24, 2003, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Elaine Walker, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 94-753 dated September 13, 1994; and (
b) appoint Elaine MacKinnon of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.\x09\x09
