Section 13 of
Part II of
Chapter 250 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act, is pleased to approve Petition Numbers 37052, 37139, 37140, 37142, 37053, 37190, 37059, 37060, 37160, 37191, 37192, 37193, 37194, 37157, 37057, 37136, 37138, 37141, 37195, and 37227 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue certificates of release to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim to the parcels of land containing a total of 2,307.89 hectares as described in Schedules "A" to "T" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
