On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to
section 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 (the “Act”),
Lawrence Ritchie , of Toronto, Ontario
be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) and as such becomes a member of the Authority, for a period of two years effective the date this Order in Council is approved.
